We had a profound AWV Pop-Up Masterclass with Samantha Orchardson Matumo, founder of Pursuit by Design who spoke about "Aligning Your Personal Values and Business Model for Long-term Success."
She skillfully articulated how the definition of success and our values are unique to us all. Then challenged us to reflect on our Core Values to which we apply directly to our Business. These act as our guiding principles or north star.
